“Miracle ME”

Father God, thank You that we are “Miracle ME.” That we are still here is each of us “miracle me.” We could have been gone quite long ago but….still here. We could have been left overthrow but….still here. We could have been cursed severely but….still here. “How this BE?” Just One who Loves us dearly must BE….Your Son and our Savior and Deliverer, Jesus Christ! Let us sing forever and ever of His Love Lyrical. “I will sing of the Lord’s great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations” (Psalm 89:1). Speaking of “singing” and on a more personal note, thank You, Father God, for giving me a “Miracle ME” when You created Barbra Streisand. Not to idolize Barbra all that much (I’ve been guilty of doing this very much), Barbra is still here after so many obstacles and setbacks (BOTH), as she sings about in this YouTube video of Stephen Sondheim’s song, “I’m Still Here.” When she sings the lyrical line, “I’ve kept my nose to spite my face,” that really sings to me Lyrical. I considered getting a nose job at one point in the past, but I “kept my nose to spite my face” mainly because Barbra kept her nose. Now, that sounds very much like “Miracle ME” to me! “Good and bad times, I’ve seen them all, but I’m still here!” INDEED this must BE! I invite you to look back a bit (or a lot) and see how many times God has “miracled” you. Count them all as God’s Blessings and count them all as God’s Immense and Intense (BOTH) Love for you….and me! I pray all of this in the Wonderful and Precious and Son, Song of Sunsets, Name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every other name, including my own name. This prayer is answered by my faith and my belief. Please help me, Father God, where my faith and my belief will question why I’m still here. Amen.

(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope {BOTH] in the ‘Miracle ME,’ because I’m still here this daily leavened bread.”)

If you’re still here, you are “miracle me.”

You could have been gone so quite long ago.

You must have a God who loves you truly.

If not, God could have left you overthrow.

If I’m still here, I am “miracle me.”

How many times “miracle me” was me!

I must have a God who loves me dearly.

If not, God could have cursed me severely.

“Did you think not ‘miracle me’ with ME?”

asks Jesus. “AM I not your Miracle?

I know you get to asking, ‘How this BE?’

Get to singing of My Love Lyrical.”

We’re still here? Must BE God we sing must BE.

Son, Song of Sunsets, is “Miracle ME.”

  1. I’m still here. Miracle me, can it be? I know, God is our miracle whether we believe it or not. He hasn’t abandoned us. He is still there.

  2. Yes, Dag! I don’t always feel like I’m still here or even God is still here. The Enemy wants to trip us up with so many untruths (and, by the way, the Enemy is REALLY good at doing this). The Truth is we are SOOO Loved by God (John 3:16), even when we don’t feel it and, maybe, especially when we don’t feel it! 🙏🙏🙏🙏
