UNBROKEN BODY

Father God, thank You that through Your Son and our Savior and Deliverer, Jesus Christ, we can have an UnBroken Body. This God Sonnet was inspired by the Bible Verse: “For these things were done that the Scripture should be fulfilled, “Not One of His Bones shall be Broken” (John 19:36). We have broken bones and bodies (BOTH) from “bad breaks” that the world has done to make us ache. From daybreak to nightfall (BOTH), we are being broken beneath. But we Look Up to Jesus on The S”Take” (The Cross) and see that He “Takes” it all for us. How? On The Oak, the world could not Break One Bone in His Body! We are now UnBroken after all. On a more personal note, help me, Father God, while I am underneath to Look Up to Jesus. The world is trying to break (“take”) all my bones, make me ache, but not one bone of my body shall be broken (“taken”). Why? Because I “take” Jesus Christ and seek to emBody His Body of not One Bone shall be Broken on The Oak. And on an even more personal note, please heal my little friend in the picture, Father God, who seems to have every bone in his or her body broken. I call upon the Healing of Broken Bones Name of Jesus Christ to heal every broken bone in the body of my little friend in the picture. Help me also, Father God, to call upon (“take”) the Healing of Broken Bones Name of Jesus Christ to heal every broken bone in the body of my little friends who are Your nonhuman animals. I pray all of this in the Wonderful and Precious and, yes, the Healing of Broken Bones Name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every other name. This prayer is answered by my faith and my belief. Please help me, Father God, where my faith and my belief (and my bones in my body) are trying to be broken by the world. Amen.

(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope [BOTH] that the world will not break one bone in my body [UnBroken] this daily leavened bread.”)

You have a broken body from “bad break.”

You have a broken body while beneath.

None of His Bones were Broken on The S”Take.”

His “Take” is your unbroken underneath.

I have a broken body at daybreak.

I have a broken body at nightfall.

None of His Bones were Broken on The S”Take.”

His “Take” is my unbroken after all.

“Not One Bone of My Body could they Break,”

says Jesus. “My UnBroken for your ‘broke.’

The world will try to ‘take’ you, make you ache.

I AM UnBroken! Meet ME on The Oak.”

It’s Jesus Who we seek to emBody.

He “Takes” it all. How? UnBroken Body.

  1. I have a broken body, and a broken spirit. It’s not always broken, just sometimes. I know that Jesus represented the perfect unbroken body, there to protect and guide us

  2. Speaking of “unbroken body,” I had a major “BROKE DOWN” last night and had to recover from it with the writing of today’s God Sonnet. I am so blessed that God allows me to experience such heartache and find healing as a result. Take a look at the sonnet today, Dag. There might be some stuff in there you can relate to 🙏🙏🙏🙏
