Father God, thank You that we love You, next us, then them (in that order). This is next how Your Son and our Savior and Deliverer, Jesus Christ, taught us to love in commandment: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself” (Luke 10: 27). Some might read this out of order, i.e., love your neighbor first and then love yourself second, but the verse is saying to love yourself second after loving the Lord your God and then them. “As yourself” implies we already love ourselves when so many don’t already love themselves. And speaking of “beckoned” written in this sonnet, defined as “summon with a wave, nod, or some other gesture,” I am waving, nodding, and gesturing right now that I am one of not already loving myself. This is why I find it so difficult to love others. I personally believe that we have to access God’s Love first to love God very first, next we can love ourselves very next second, and then them as the very next three (in that order). And on a personal note, loving them as the very next three does include loving God’s nonhuman animals. Loving them as our neighbor does include God’s nonhuman animals. Look no further than the picture above of those two beautiful cows to see that God’s nonhuman animals experience love and affection. I love Father God the very first, next I love myself the very second, and then I love them, BOTH God’s humans and nonhuman animals, as the next three (or is that the next 4?). For an Enneagram 4 like myself, I’m staying authentic (a huge Enneagram 4 trait) with the next 4.😉 Please know that in this sonnet, I am not judging those with psychiatric disorders. I’ve had my share of many, and I believe they are real and yet they are man-made. To love the 4 might just be the only medication taken daily for any psychiatric disorder. I pray all of this in the Wonderful and Precious and “MAY HIM” Name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every other name, including my own name. This prayer is answered by my faith and my belief. Please help me, Father God, where my faith and my belief are lacking. MAY HIM.”
(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope [BOTH] for the love then of the next 4 this daily leavened [Jesus Orders!] bread.”)
You love God as the very first to be.
You love you at the very next second.
You love then them as the very next three.
In that order is how love be beckoned.
I love God as the very first to see.
I love me at the very next second.
I love then them as the very next three.
In that order is how love see reckoned.
“Love My Father, next yourself, and then them,”
says Jesus. “This order how you love ME.
The world got it ordered for flesh MAYHEM.
MAY you love HIM, ME, Who’s ordered for FREE.”
The world? Each psychiatric disorder.
Love God, next us, then them (in that order).
