“Father God, thank You that it’s our inward being where Your Son and our Savior and Deliverer, Jesus Christ, resides. There is NOTHING of the world that we can cash out. We can’t walk with BOTH of You if we are of the world, if we are of the flesh. We can ONLY soar with BOTH of You Paternal AND Jesus Internal when we are in the world, if we are of the Spirit to forgive. On a more personal note, I’ve always known all of this to be true, as I’ve always known it to be true that I am ‘inner,’ introverted, introspective, just a whole lot of ‘IN!’ And I find this ‘IN’ to be true IN Your Word, Father God, as well: “ Behold, You, Lord, desire truth in the inward parts, And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom” (Psalm 51:6). We can expect to walk NOTHING that is external. We can expect to soar EVERYTHING that is internal. It’s so freeing to know that Jesus is in us. It’s so bondage if we know that the world is in us. We live for detachment OF the world and attachment IN the world. With this posted picture, I wonder what is my inner animal? Oh, that is such an easy answer: ALL GOD’S NONHUMAN ANIMALS ARE MY INNER ANIMALS! I exclude none of them from my inward parts, and I hide no inner part when it comes to helping them. This is, indeed, my JACKPOT! I pray all of this in the Wonderful and Precious and Residing Name of Jesus Christ, and this prayer is answered by my faith and my belief. Please help me, Paternal God, where my faith and my belief are lacking. Amen.”
(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope in my inward being that is my JACKPOT today, this daily leavened ]Jesus Lives!] bread.”)
What’s your inward being is your jackpot.
Nothing to cash out if you’re external.
God works on your insides, what you forget:
Flesh is infernal, God is Internal.
What’s my inward being is my input.
I’m aroused to action when internal.
If I’m worldly driven, I’m “out” afoot.
I’m “in” it to soar with God Paternal.
“It IS your inward being I reside,”
says Jesus. “Nothing external I live.
I don’t walk with you of the world outside.
I soar with you in the world to forgive.”
It’s that He’s in us that is so freeing.
It’s not out there. It’s our inward being.
