“Father God, thank You that when fail and fall, all of them do, we are forgiven. It’s why Your Son and our Savior and Deliverer, Jesus Christ, was Nailed. We can beat ourselves up royally when we’re ‘messed’ but Royally, we are forgiven. It is our ego that tells us, ‘You won’t endure!” It is Your Son who tells us, ‘Sure! Endure! Forgiven!’ On a more personal note, I can beat myself up royally when I’m ‘messed.’ It happened last night that I was all fail and fall, all of them do. It happened last night that I gripped too tight to someone I care very much about who didn’t deserve my too-tight grip. It’s when my hands are gripped that I am all fail and fall. It’s only when my hands are open that I am all forgiven. When I know I am forgiven by You, Father God, I know I can seek this someone’s forgiveness. If I know this someone like I think I know this someone, he’ll think nothing of the need to be forgiven. I know in my heart, though, that I need the everything of the need to be forgiven. I know I need this because Your Word, Father God, tells me, “so if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you,. It’s that reconciliation between BOTH ‘broken brothers’ that is the Reconciliation with Jesus Christ, all in the Name of His Forgiveness. When fail and fall, all of them do, I know what Your Word says, Father God: leave your gift there before the altar and go. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift” (Matthew 5:23-24) ‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away’ (Revelation 21:4). Help me go from former to fail to fall to forgiven. Help us all, Father God, BOTH humans AND nonhuman animals, to know that when fail and fall, we’re forgiven. My little panda friend in the picture is showing us this. I just wish I could have been there to be reconciled to him or her when fail, fall, forgiven. I pray all of this in the Wonderful and Precious and ‘Tissue’ Name of Jesus Christ, and this prayer is answered by my faith and my belief. Please help me, Father God, where my faith and my belief are lacking. Amen.”
(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope in fail, fall, forgiven this daily leavened [Jesus Wipes Tears!] bread.”)
You were looking ahead when you had failed.
You were looking down when you had fallen.
Now, you’re looking Above for the inhaled.
Exhaled, you’re forgiven by God’s Call-In.
I was looking ahead when failed was sure.
I was looking down when fallen post failed.
Now, I’m looking Above for, “God, endure?”
“Sure! Endure! Forgiven! Why He was Nailed!”
“Yes, you will fail and fall, all of them do,”
says Jesus. “Forgiven in this? Yes! Rest!
When failed and fallen, when I am ‘Tissue.’
I wipe all tears from your eyes when you’re ‘messed.'”
It’s our ego that is when we’re driven.
Coast with God always at fail, fall, forgiven.
