“Father God, ‘Great’ are You and ‘Great’ is ‘Him,’ Your Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ. Many of us feel like giving up, so please allow us the giving in to You through ‘Him,’ Your Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ. We need ‘Him’ who is gentle and humble in heart, so let us look ‘Highs!’ ‘Rise’ and ‘Him-Up’ are for when we are the fall for the stressed. Giving in is surrendering our wills and our lives to the care and control of You, Father God, through ‘Him,’ Your Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ. On a more personal note, let there be no surrenders of Your nonhuman animals, Father God. The only time to surrender Your nonhuman animals is to surrender to their need to find a forever home, same as the need of Your humans. Allow us to scale Your Love, Father God, today, ‘give us this day,’ through Your Holy Spirit. I pray all of this in the Wonderful and Precious and ‘Him-Up’ Name of Jesus Christ, and this prayer is answered by my faith and my belief. Please help me, Father God, where my faith and my belief are lacking. Amen.”
(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope in giving in to ‘Him’ and not giving up today, this daily leavened [Jesus is Highs and Him-Up!] bread.”)
You feel like giving up. Yes, I relate.
You feel like closing shop. Yes, I’m “for sale.”
How ’bout you and I giving in to “Great.”
“Great” are we both when it’s God’s Love we scale.
I feel like giving up. Yes, you agree.
I feel like going away. Yes, you “leave.”
How ’bout me and you giving in to “He.”
“He” is Jesus, we “better to believe.”
“You’re weary. You’re burdened. I’m ALL your Rest,”
