(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope in the ALL-Encompassing and ALL-Beings Love for ALL, giving God ALL the Glory, this daily leavened (‘Jesus Be Exalted!’) bread.”)
You want to take the glory for your lead.
Things look good, and you think things good is ’cause
you did good. NO! Your glory is your greed.
Give God Glory for your good that God does.
When I take the glory for the good stuff,
I’m taking God and making God unseen.
Not one thing I’ve done good is good enough.
Enough is God’s Glory hardly routine.
“I will be glorified in all nations,”
says Jesus. “That’s ’cause I Glorify God.
Not one thing I do is my foundations.
I’m found when Father’s Glory is my nod.”
Jesus spoke of Love in allegory.
We speak of Love when we give God Glory.
