(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope in a blinked eye that I will be set free by The Truth of Jesus Christ and The Love of Father God this daily leavened [Jesus Rises!] bread.”)
You can’t be at peace if you’re at untruth.
Your secrets and lies leave no room for breath.
Breathing these in is breathing out uncouth
spirit; your flesh is foe unto your death.
I can’t construct a life of tiny lies.
Tiny gets gigantic in a blinked eye.
“Love me or leave me” in my truth is wise,
for God is constant truth I glorify.
“You will know The Truth that will set you free,”
says Jesus. “The Truth is that God Loves you.
They will know you’re Mine by The Love you see
in them. ‘Cause God frees you, you free them, too.
