“Father God, thank you SOOO MUCH for loving us the only way we need to be loved. And you proved this in a way none of us can humanly comprehend: You sent Your Only Son and Friend, Jesus Christ, to us so that we would know just how much we are loved by YOU! And we know Your Love cannot be contained just in the human realm. Your Love, Father God, is contained in BOTH the human AND nonhuman animal realm! It’s because You, Father God, love us that we can love ourselves. I pray all of this in the Wonderful and Precious Name of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and this prayer is answered by my faith and my belief. Please help me, Father God, where my faith and my belief are lacking. Amen.”
(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope in BE-loved because God loves me this daily leavened [Jesus Rises!] bread.”)
You are quite alright because God loves you.
You are loved because always were you loved.
There’s one who disputes this, and it is you.
Don’t argue with a lie. The Truth? BE-loved!
I am quite content because God loves me.
I am loved, and no one loves me like Him.
It’s only me who “unloves” me. Sadly,
I sing, “not enough.” Gladly, NOT God’s Hymn.
“My Father loves you so much, He sent Me,”
says Jesus. “All of them, but also YOU!”
Would we send a friend to die on a tree?
God sent His Friend, Jesus; Love, did He do.
If we don’t love ourselves, that’s treasonous.
It’s also silly because God loves us.
