(Psalm 150:6)
(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope in the praise and prays of gratefulness for God in the face of hatefulness from the world.”)
You praise and prays for the end of bad hours,
bad days, bad years, bad decades spent “I’m lost.”
Praise God for the “good prays” to find powers
that be for God’s Glory, these when you’re tossed.
I praise and prays God for suffering’s end,
all living beings not to know heartbreak.
I live for hope of hopeless, God to send
Spirit. His Son, my Hope, was sent to Stake.***
Let our prays be to the praise of His Name:
God, Jesus, Holy Spirit. Gratefulness.
We have the freedom now to give Him Fame,
might not soon, last days coming, hatefulness.
Forgive me for when I choose paraphrase
of God’s Word, sole intent to praise and prays.
*** Some religions call the Apparatus of Jesus “Torture Stake” or “Cross” or maybe some other name I know not of. My intent is not to choose for the reader what to call this; my intent is only that the Apparatus of Jesus was for God’s Love and our love, to take away our sins, and for the praise and prays from all living beings.
I praise and pray for the end of suffering for myself and my friends/family.
