Not sure I know where LOVE HOTEL is located, but I want to say that name suits DISCOVERY INN & SUITES quite well!
What is a hotel without love? And I’m not talking about a charge-by-the-hourly-rate hotel; that is actually a “HO”tel! 😂 No, I’m talking about a hotel that loves every guest that comes through the door, greets every guest with a smile, refers to each guest by name, checks in a guest and gets that guest quickly and safely to his or her room, all things done in love that lets each guest know from us, “‘Guess’ what? We sure do love and appreciate you as our guest!”
Talking about “guest,” it’s hard not to conjure up that song from Disney’s BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, “Be Our Guest,” so enchantingly song by a living and breathing (and loving) candelabra named Lumiere The Casanova.
I want to say if anyone knows about LOVE HOTEL, it would be this “candlesticks in the wind” lover! Maybe his song has the clue to, “Who Would ‘Guess’ We Love Our Guest?”:
“Be our guest
Be our guest
Put our service to the test….”
(Yes, DISCOVERY INN & SUITES is known for its exemplary service. Check out our reviews at: https://discoveryinnla.com/reviews)
“Tie your napkin ’round your neck, cherie
And we provide the rest”
(I’m wondering if the housekeepers are willing to go THAT far?) 👍
“Why, we only live to serve
Don’t believe me? Ask the dishes
They can sing
They can dance”
(I actually have never been to a hotel where the dishes can sing and dance. I think if I had, I wouldn’t have stayed there!) 😉
“We tell jokes”
(we CAN!) 🤣
“I do tricks”
(we CAN!) 😎
“With my fellow candlesticks”
(nope, all we got are hands!) 🙌
The rest of the song is really about serving food. e.g., soup du jour, hot hors d’oeuvres, beef ragout, cheese souffle, pie and pudding “en flambe,” etc., but we don’t have those delicacies at our hotel. If we did, we would sure serve it up to our guest in the grandest and most graceful gourmet way imaginable!
“And it’s all in perfect taste that you can bet”
(perfect taste? Yes, love is a PERFECT taste for a guest, is it not?)
“Come….” (last line of the song)
Yes, “come….” and stay with us. And when you do, give us your feedback at: https://discoveryinnla.com/feedback
Now, “who would ‘guess” we love our guest?” You won’t have to ‘guess’ we love our guest….you’ll already know!!!!
