(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; ‘it’s how I cope to hope in a ‘God job’ just for today, this daily bread”)
You hold your fine future in the right hand.
In the left, it is clinch: Where you went wrong.
But what about the left-handed firsthand?
Their right hand holds their past, left goes along.
I’m gonna fear not with both of my hands.
I’ll clap them together, applaud myself.
My right hand will know where my left hand stands.
They’ll both be joined in a love fest top-shelf.
“I will uphold you with my righteous hand.”
Isaiah 41:Ten – God is BOTH!
Right Hand, Left Hand; He is also shorthand.
He’s writing our story of gruel and growth.
We fear not with both hands. We hold them High
to where God resides and waits. “God job, sky!”
