(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; “it’s how I cope to hope in having my wildly insane temper tantrums that are NOT about you!”)
You got some beauty and you got some fear.
You’re gearing up for summer smiles and skies,
and you’re most certain neither will appear.
You’re holding both; hands up for the uprise.
I know you don’t know why I need to hold both.
“Sophie’s choice, Timothy! Your boy or girl?”
Me: “I can’t choose! I gave them my both oath!”
But they took my boy, my precious child’s curl.
“Those led by the Spirit are God’s Babies.”
Romans Eight:14 – God will NOT choose, too.
We are to Him priceless; we’re not maybe’s.
He sent His Own Child from Spirit to you.
Hold both today. It’s fine to wax and wane.
Children do this saintly. They’re wildly insane.
