VENT!

(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret; it’s how I hope to cope from the “pulling away” to the VENT!)

You’re pulling away, though you don’t think so.

You’re too busy; an overbuzzing bee.

You don’t do reality well, the toe-to-toe.

You would rather, “la-la-la,” all carefree.

When I’m pulling away, I do keep score.

I crunch numbers; who’s a hundred percent?

The “perfect” ones need me not nor need more,

but the 99% or less? VENT!

“For all fall short of the Glory of God.”

Romans Three:23 – NOT 100!

When we claim perfection, bogus story.

But God is Great to rewrite Hope wondered.

So, do VENT, but not with, “I’m not concerned.”

We’ll need to be truth when He says, “ADJOURNED!”
