(God’s Sonnet by Timothy J. Verret about loving yourself as God does)

“You’re way too hard on yourself!” You get that?

You blame you for everything, even them.

You call yourself “stupid,” “ugly,” and “fat.”

You fail to see your beauty; you’re a gem.

I got this thing about hating my “me.”

I got “sick trick” of not seeing my worth.

I got an allergy to joy, a flee

from freedom to feel that was from childbirth.

But for The Source, we are wonder”flee” made.

A Psalm of Praise: One Thirty Nine, Fourteen.

You and I, God did ordain for crusade.

Our battle with black times is His Vaccine.

So, today, just this bread, be kind to you.

God’s got your back on track: Love’s Race Debut.
